Capital Investment Value Reports

Preparing an elemental or order-of-magnitude cost estimate in line with the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy requirements for major developments.

The report will detail all costs necessary to establish and operate the project including design and construction of building(s), structures and associated infrastructure, site services, plant, equipment and labour fees.
