Barry McPhillips
Principal Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
B.Sc. (Surveying), AAIQS
Barry is a professionally trained Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland, and is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Barry spent 10 years working as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale public and private sector projects in Ireland before moving to Sydney in 2003 where he joined Turner and Townsend as a Senior Quantity Surveyor before transitioning to Senior Estimating roles with larger Tier 2 Building Contractors.

Since founding C3 Services in 2014, Barry has successfully consulted on over $2b worth of projects in Sydney and NSW; his continued success is attributed to the unique and synergistic combination of a Quantity Surveyor's technical expertise with an Estimator’s practical knowledge of construction methodologies and an established network of Sub-Contractors for competitive trade pricing
Alex Soo
Construction and Project Cost Analyst
B.Eng. (Civil, Constr. Mgt.)(Hons I), PhD
Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Construction Management, Hons. I) and a PhD in Construction Management and Economics at the University of Sydney.
With academic experience and significant interest in research and lecturing, Alex maintains active positions at both the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales.

Since joining C3 Services in 2017, Alex has consulted on a number of residential, commercial and industrial projects across NSW; working directly with a diverse range of clients including tier 1/2 builders and architects.
